Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to common questions about our healthcare services, appointments and patient care.
How many physiotherapy sessions will I need?
There is no fixed number of sessions for every patient. The number depends on the condition, severity, duration of the problem, response to treatment and individual goals. After assessment, our team can explain the expected treatment plan and review your progress regularly.
Do you provide physiotherapy for elderly patients?
Yes. Physiotherapy can be useful for older adults with pain, stiffness, reduced mobility, balance difficulties, weakness, post-surgical conditions and other functional limitations. Treatment is planned according to the individual’s age, medical history, mobility and ability.
Do you provide treatment for sleep-related problems?
We work with selected patients who experience sleep-related difficulties, particularly when pain, physical discomfort, movement problems or lifestyle factors may be contributing to the problem. The first step is to understand the individual’s concerns and determine whether physiotherapy or rehabilitation can be appropriate. Where necessary, we may advise medical evaluation.
How do I know whether I need physiotherapy?
If you have persistent pain, stiffness, difficulty moving, weakness, reduced mobility, numbness, difficulty performing daily activities, or problems recovering after an injury or surgery, a physiotherapy assessment can help identify whether rehabilitation may be beneficial.
Can physiotherapy help if my scans are normal but I still have pain?
Yes. Pain does not always appear clearly on an X-ray or scan. A clinical assessment looks at movement, muscle function, joint mobility, posture and other factors that may contribute to your symptoms.
